Ingrediants:
Chickpeas / Channa- 2 cup Soaked Overnight
Onion-1
Cilantro / Coriander leaves-1 cup
Mint leaves / Pudina-1 cup
Garlic-4 cloves
Cumin powder/Jeera powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder / Malli podi-2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Baking powder-1 tsp
Lemon -2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs- ½ cup
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Take
chickpeas,onions,cilantro,mint,garlic,chilli powder,coriander
powder,cumin powder,pepper powder ,baking powder,salt,lemon juice in a
blender and make into a smooth paste.
Tip this into a mixing bowl and add in some bread crumbs and mix well.
Make this into shape of vadas and fry them in medium hot oil till golden brown.
